Our products are digital downloads delivered instantly after payment. Because of their nature, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download has been accessed.
We will review refund or replacement requests in these cases:
· You were charged twice for the same order
· The downloaded files are corrupt or substantially not as described, and we cannot provide a working replacement
· You never received download access due to a technical failure on our side
Contact us via our contact page within 7 days of purchase, including your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
Please contact us first before opening a dispute with your bank or card provider — most issues are resolved faster this way.
